Rae’s Playze provides quality healthcare services to seniors and adults with disabilities in Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas. We have a day health program as well as a residential program.
We believe that every participant should be the one to determine his or her direction in life. We are not here to make decisions for our clients- we are here to guide them and support them in any way we can. In our day health facility, we provide a comfortable, friendly home-like environment. We have a spacious, cozy living room, a large activity and dining area, and a quiet area perfect for relaxation.
Our mission is to provide quality habilitative services to the elderly and intellectually and developmentally challenged population. We accomplish this by promoting a person-centered, compassionate, spiritually based, and integrated approach to care.
Our vision is to develop and enhance the abilities of the elderly and persons with disabilities and prepare them to become effective members of an integrated community. We also want them to be treated with compassion, love, integrity, and respect that they deserve.
